ΑΙ4Gov is excited to announce the publication of Deliverable 6.3 – Specification of UC Scenarios and Planning of Integration and Validation Activities V3, the final and most comprehensive version of the three-part deliverable series detailing the design and evolution of the AI4Gov use cases (UCs). This third iteration answers a central question: “What does AI4Gov offer to its UCs?” by presenting the final technical and operational updates that shape the second round of validation activities, ongoing until October 2025.

This latest release captures a wide range of improvements across all pilots:

  • In Badajoz, Spain, cutting-edge tools for sustainable water management—such as the Visualisation Workbench, Policy Recommendation Toolkit (PRT), and citizen Wallet—have been fine-tuned to deliver advanced forecasting, blockchain-based result validation, and participatory policymaking.
  • In Slovenia, JSI’s updates to the SDG Observatory and Top100 platform bring new bias-detection methodologies and global matchmaking features to the forefront of ethical AI innovation.
  • In Greece, the Municipality of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni has rolled out intelligent urban management tools for monitoring traffic, waste, and citizen flows. All final features are now actively undergoing real-world testing through validation workshops, with findings on usability, trust, and performance to be presented in Deliverable 6.5 in M36.

Lastly, this deliverable introduced the AI4Gov documentation repository. At the moment, the documentation of the technological tools of AI4Gov are under development. The goal is to constantly update this folder, to provide access to the technical documents of the project to the interested stakeholders.
