AI4Gov partner Jožef Stefan Institute (JSI) and the University of Maribor (UM), both based in Slovenia, organized a collaborative meeting called the “AI4Gov-SOLARIS-TWON official meet-up in Slovenia” on June 19, 2024. The purpose of this meeting was to facilitate the exchange of ideas and explore synergies among three projects: Solaris, TWON, and AI4Gov, all funded under the same topic: HORIZON-CL2-2022-DEMOCRACY-01.
During this meeting, ten researchers from JSI and UM collaborated closely, resulting in several synergy ideas, to be further explored in the future. Notably, for the AI4Gov project, the established connection with the SOLARIS project is particularly significant. It will enhance the connection with citizens, raising awareness and promoting positive change related to trustworthy AI.
