D6.1, titled “Specifications of UC Scenarios and Planning of Integration and Validation Activities V1” serves as a vital component in the design and implementation of the AI4Gov pilot activities, utilising the developed AI tools. Within this deliverable, you will find the pilot methodology, the initial versions of the pilot descriptions, the use cases, and the current and future user stories. These user stories play a crucial role in guiding the technical partners as they address the specific needs of each pilot. Our project focuses on three key pilots that cover diverse topics such as water management, tourism, and sustainability. Additionally, this deliverable provides early reflections on the validation and evaluation of the activities, outlining the next steps toward the implementation process.
The implementation of the use cases is an ongoing process that undergoes constant review and evaluation. This iterative approach ensures that the pilots’ needs are met while providing essential information to the technical partners for incorporating the use case requirements into the AI4Gov tools. This deliverable acts as a comprehensive guide and reference point for all stakeholders involved in the project. It offers valuable insights and sets the stage for the successful implementation and evaluation of the pilots. By leveraging the collective knowledge and expertise of the consortium, we aim to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions that meet the specific needs of the public sector.
